Pronto Acquires SafeAI, Expanding Leadership in Off-Road Autonomy

SAN FRANCISCO — Pronto, Inc. today announced it has acquired SafeAI, a developer of autonomy technology for heavy equipment, expanding Pronto's engineering team and sensor capabilities in off-road autonomy.
The acquisition accelerates Pronto's roadmap toward a tiered AHS portfolio spanning camera-only, radar-assisted, and full lidar sensor suites — giving mine operators a system sized to their site's terrain and visibility conditions.
