Pronto Announces Industry Milestone: North America's First Fully Autonomous Mixed-Fleet Quarry Surpasses Two Million Tons Hauled

SAN FRANCISCO — Pronto, Inc. today announced that its autonomous haulage deployment at Heidelberg Materials' Lake Bridgeport, Texas quarry has surpassed two million tons of material hauled autonomously — a first for a fully autonomous, mixed-fleet quarry operation in North America.

The milestone was reached in under eight months of continuous operation, with Pronto's AHS running alongside manually operated equipment on the same haul roads.

"Two million tons in a live, mixed-fleet quarry is proof this isn't a pilot anymore," said Anthony Levandowski, CEO of Pronto. "It's a production system doing the job it was built for, every shift."
